Day 1-Change Your Life in 7 days

Well....here is the synopsis of how my first day went in accordance to this book by Pablo McKenna.

Introduction---In a nutshell, the intro was pointing out the fact that day in and day out, people don't really have control of their lives and the main idea of this book was to see yourself in the driver's seat of your life and not just being a passenger.

It is not only trying to show you that most of your self image is based on the negative comments and views of the outside world and ridding yourself of the generalizations of the world around you.

One of the coolest quotes in the book so far was one said by Winston Churchill and that was that approximately 98% of people,"stumble over the truth from time to time but quickly get up, dust themselves off, and move on as if nothing happened."

I really like that quote cuz i believe it to be true and often I am at fault of that as well.

In getting started, it asked the question of "What would it be like if you woke up one morning and a miracle had happened--" and this miracle concentrated on the fact that YOU had become what you've always imagined yourself to be.

The questions that followed were the likes of

How would you know this miracle had happened.(question self)

What would you see, hear, and feel deep inside.

What would happen career-wise, relationship-wise, financial-wise, and your overall health.

For me, I would feel the miracle of change inside, things visually would be brighter, clearer tones of things, a warmth, I would be more known and sucessful to my tastes, I would be happier and full of life, my worries wouldnt always be the issue, and my health would be tops!!

Now, its your turn to ask yourself.

Just think..."If don't take control of your life, somone else will."

Yay for Pablo!!
