So, it was Dhaya's birthday today, Jassen's cousin, and Daynah, who is Jassen's second cousin had a hot iron and was doing rounds of hair straightening, so I had a bit of a daring streak in me and got it done.
Quite the contrast from my usual curly locks.

hahaha.....yes, mz. v, it is INDEED sleek. Im gonna see how long this thing last. Im kinda liking it.
Jassen says it makes me look younger, so that cant be a bad thing, can it? :-p
and ms. celeste, i think its the coldplay posters that make it a bit colourful. The tube stations in London have huuuuuge posters on their walls and one day, while I was passing through Gloucester Road, I noticed the red one in a poster case. I got to Earl's Court and did a a little turn around on the District line and made my way back to that station.
I then went to the managers office that was in the station and asked that when the time was up on the poster, if I could have it. Phil, the manager was a nice gent and about a week and a half later, called me on my mobile. I was soooo excited to here from him, especially since he stuck to his word and trekked BACK to the station that same day.
I arrived at the station and he handed over 2 different Coldplay posters, one which was for the single 'speed of sound' and the other for the album 'x&y'. So, needless to say, I was one happy clam.
Honestly?
Well, i recommend.
Listen to Parachutes first though....classic album.
I've actually met and talked with Chris, but that's a whole nother story. ;-)
