Questionaire No. 1

Inspired by Liza(pronounced L(eye)za, here are my answers...:-)

1. How old were you when you found out Santa was not a jolly man, but your Mom and Dad?

I was about 10.5 years old. Lots of kids at school had been trying for YEARS to convince me that Santa wasnt true, but i denied it and then realized on my own. In order to get presents, i still have to make a list and believe in him. I think its really just believing in the spirit of Christmas and Santa is an easy tangible representation of that.

2. Who was the first celebrity's poster you had hanging on your wall?

Hmm....1st celebrity poster....I think i had a disney poster, but that might not really count. Hmm...I would say a Beatles poster or wall hanging, back in 1995(Thanks to my mom, who bought the wall hanging for me, cuz she had me in mind)

3. How many times have you heard the phrase, "Please step out of the car Ma'am/Sir."

Not for me, but i remember one time when my sis went with me to my uni and she was in a separate car. Not only did she not have shoes on while driving, but no license on her person. Luckily, the officer just wanted to know why she was in the area and to slow down. I was driving to fast and in front of her that he only caught up to her and flashed the lights. At the time, I parked as was watching in the dark.:-p

4. What is the lamest reason for breaking up with someone you have ever gave or received?

Hahaha...funny. The first one that pops in my head is a kid that dated me when i was 21, we liked one another, it only lasted a week, cuz of religious difference, meaning: I didnt have a religion and he was one of those pedicostal*sp folks. I think i had too strong of an opinion on things in life and god etc that he didnt care for it too much, so he stopped talking with me and broke it off, cuz it "wasnt working". He had thin kisses anyway.:-p

5. What is the dumbest lie you ever told your parents to get out of something?

*thinks* Im sure there were a few but I wasnt one to lie so much, therefore I dont really remember.

6. Paper or Plastic?

Paper is nice cuz you can double bag it and then use it has a garbage bag that wont break under TOO much pressure.

7. What did you want to be when you grew up when you were little (under 10)?

Kinda funny. Liza said storm chaser and I have always wanted to as well. I also wanted to be a cartoonist, a singer, an architect, and an author.:-p

8. What do you want to be when you grow up now?

what's growing up? No such thing. I would say, just happy with myself and accomplish i make day in and day out. Maybe start up a coffee shop/bookstore.

9. What kind and color of underwear do you have on right now?

*looks* One's with watermelons on em.

10. What CD are you ashamed to admit you own and listen to?

*thinks* well, if i buy the cd, its nothing to be ashamed about.:-p

11. Who would you sleep with if you had the opportunity to?

Sleep with as in sexual sleeping or sleep with as in the same bed, like a sleepover?

Well, i wouldnt want to sleep with anyone other than my boo and if it was a sleepover, not Michael Jackson, maybe share the covers with Thora Birch. She seems like she would be a nice friend.

14. Why did you come to the blog that tagged you?

I tagged myself on this matter, cuz it looked fun!

15. What is your biggest fear?

Not accomplishing something big in this lifetime.

16. Do you watch reality television and why/why not?

I really dont watch TV. I am more of a movie, dvds, music type of gal, but when i do surf the boob tube, it seems like reality tv is the only thing thats out there, unless you go to the likes of shotime,etc.

17. Have you ever slept with someone and wondered why the hell you did that?

Im no ho.:-p

18. What is your biggest regret?

Biggest Regret....is that by worrying so much in life, i miss out on the small and most precious things in life that are right in front of me. I have too many high expectations that never see the light of day and i regret that i let that get to me.

19. How old where you and what happened the first time you got drunk?

i was probably 19 when i drank, but first time I got drunk was when i was 22 and what made it worse was that the guy i was interested in, a 27 year old, was a bit too touchy feely and I felt that i was semi taken advantage, according to my high standards, which means the likes of bad kisses and unnecessary groping.

20. Which would you rather be, the hammer or the nail?

Hmm.....philosophically, i would say that the hammer would have more use, hitting many nails on the head, but a nail is useful in the sense that it keeps together something of a greater mass, like a chair or a table. Because of ego, I would say Hammer, cuz there is more control, but then again, who ever uses the hammer has more control than me...:-S

21. What is your favorite curse word?

Gawd Effing Dammit!! or MF-ing A-hole or GDMF

22. If there was one thing you could ask your parents, but never had the guts, what would that be?

Hmm...they read this blog, so that might not be good to ask here.:-S

It depends on the tag, but at least people think of me on some level when it comes to tagging, be it in a positive or negative fashion, at least you were thought of. :-p

1. Name someone with the same birthday as you.
I guy who use to live down the street, he was a year older though, Wyonna Jude, Benny Goodman(claironet dude), and a few others.

2. Where was your first kiss?
My first kiss kiss sucked ass, so it really wasnt a kiss. It was on a local playground, I was 18/19.... If I go back in time even further, my first kiss was in the 1st grade on a playgroun...i was 6/7....and even further, It was with Richie love and i was around 2/3 years old and it was during my kissing phase that kids seemed to go through....at least, i think.

3. Have you ever seriously vandalized someone else's property?
Somewhat knocking into a mailbox in a nearby neighbourhood, but slight slight damage, but im no vandal!!

4. Have you ever hit someone of the opposite sex?
Oh yes...

5. Have you ever sung in front of a large number of people?
Had a solo for a choir concert some years back, so that was probably 600ish or more people, and then a clinic with my dad, which was probably about a few hundred, and a Christmas party for mentally handicapped people, so that was in the hundreds. I use to gig with my dad, so i have probably about 30 times, more or less. Thousands....not yet.

6. What's the first thing you notice about the preferred sex?
If they are funny, easily amused, smile, personality,...its alot of little things all rolled into one. So asking for the first thing noticed is a bit unfair, when humans think about 8 or more things at a time.

7. What really turns you on?
Hahaha...not going to say the ultimate, but being with someone that you love and loves you back,so really the person your with, no hold backs on both accounts.

8. What do you order at Starbucks?
I like a little bit of everything. Caramel fraps, Apple spice drink, all sorts. Yes, Liza, I agree its expensive, but it tastes sooo good.

9. What is your biggest mistake?
Biggest mistakes in life are those that i dont learn from.

10. Have you ever hurt yourself on purpose?
Yes...like hitting a wall or running into something. On a mental level, it seems like I do it all the time.

11. Say something totally random about yourself.
I like my boobs.
Haha...yea.....random...

12. Has anyone ever said you looked like a celebrity?
Yes....Someone said I looked like Sarah Jessica Parker from the early 80s. She was in a tv show, forgot what the title was, but this lady thought I was a pretty version of her.:-/ Another person thought I looked like a cross of Julia Stiles and Kirsten Dunst. I dont get it...Hehehe

13. Do you still watch kiddy movies or tv shows?

Oh yes....its nice to reminiece....and i cant spell reminiece...:-/ reason enough to watch kiddy things so i can be teached more better. :-p

14. Did you have braces?

Nope. Kinda wanted some because of the space in the front of my teeth, but then again, that would look weird if there wasnt a space.

15. Are you comfortable with your height?

Depending on the circumstance, but for the most part, nearly 5'7'' is nice. I would be 5'7'' if i didnt have flat feet. At concert, its okay but when someone who has a titan and a giant for parents stands in front, there is little to be helped.

16. What is the most romantic thing someone of the preferred sex has done for you?

Jassen is the king of the romance. Sometimes, i dont know how to respond to some of the wonderful things that he does end up doing for me, whether he realizes he is doing them or not. It really is the small things, but it was sweet and good timing when on Valentine's day, we went out to Burger King...:-p and then when we got back home, there was a Nintendo DS waiting for me. He said it wasnt a Vday gift but it was something he had been wanting to get for me for a wee bit. It was still sweet nonetheless. Also, when Jassen managed to get a hold of sold out V-Festival 2004, which enticed me to come over to England for 2 weeks last August. But really its the little things.

17. When do you know it's love?

18. Do you speak any other languages?
Hmm....Bits of French, Spanish, Creole(Broken French), Greek, and Hebrew. I know things best in writing, so i can see it.

19. Have you ever been to a tanning salon?
Do i look like i see the sun or radiation??:-p

20. What magazines do you read?
Edge-Computer crap, Maxim(crap), sometimes Rolling stone, and random ones that catch my eye.

21. Have you ever ridden in a limo?
Ive been in a Hummer limo when a big group of us traveled to Excalibur Club(Chicago) for my friend Karen's 21st.
I remember dancing with this 33 year old dude, developed a crush, he had a daughter from a previous marriage, he was an awesome dancer, we sweated our butts off, but we never exchanged numbers, and life has given me better.:-p

22. Has anyone you were really close to passed away?
My Grandma Ard and Grandpa Ard, My Grandpa Abbott, and not necessarily close but i loved and respected was my teacher Mr Cope that committed suicide back in December.

23. Do you watch mtv?

I use to, the time when the first real world came out and was popular and Mtv still had music videos...then i moved to the sister station VH1 cuz they were the ones with the videos, and then that died out and i went to Much music that turned into Fuse(Based in toronto canada and ive been there)...*big sighs*

24. What's something that really annoys you?
Hahaha...lots of things annoy me.
I hate when im trying to relax and either any and all interruptions that can happen, happen or I feel restless and talk myself out of relaxing.

25. What's something you really like?
Like Liza, i like people watching as well. I also like to talk about life with small groups of people, and being creative and producing something positive out of it.

26. Do you like Michael Jackson?
His cousins are nice. Michael, he just seems confused, but he is more publicly honest about it, that it seems very anti-establishment, but the question is, does he even realize it.

27. Can you dance?
Oh yea...and so can my sweet pants!

28. What's the latest you have ever stayed up?
There was one time when i didnt sleep for 36 hours....i think i went to sleep like 5 at night.

29. Have you ever been rushed by an ambulance into the emergency room?
Never and never been in a hospital except to visit people.*knocks on wood*

30. Do you actually read these when other people fill them out?
Oh yes...i like understand people and their thoughts and views as well as perspections on things.
