PS...I am NOT a fair-weathered fan.
My dad being from Chicago, Ive grown up watching the Chicago Bears....so, to all the fans of fair weather, that only come out when the sun is shining....I do appreciate the positive energy towards the game, but seriously these are the folks that when the sky gets cloudy, even for a small while, will be running to seek shelter from any inclimenting weather.:-/
Not only have they clinched their division, but also they have now grabbed the rights for a "bye" week, the first week of the playoffs. If you are unfamilar with the terminology of bye week, let me educate you. Bye is like it says bye..hehehe but really, its just an off week, rightfully earned!
The Bears still have 3 more teams to play against this season, but all of them have rather poor records, so hopefully this wont bring down the teams morale for their 2006 upcoming playoff debut.
Alrightee.......and just to update, Jassen will be here, in Portage in approximately 2 days and 21 hours(or 69 hours).
YIPPIE!! It's been over two months since I have been with my baby, so I am anxiously awaiting his arrival.
It will be nice from now until then, being as I not only work tomorrow, but wednesday as well....to make the time roll by faster.:-p
Well, I am in bed at the moment, so my eyelids are trying to let me know that they are tired, by turning into shades and pulling down with the help of gravity and loss of muscle control on some level.*eyes roll to back of head*
