It's kinda like a messy room of a child...and the mother cleaning up the mess, expecting the child to learn how to pick up after one's self....and the child never learning. I think alot of these people will have loads of issues, even if the fat is taken off. If this does become mainstream, I think some kind of therapy should be provided throughout, cuz most people that go through these sort of deals, still "feel fat" on the inside.:-/
