there was a hostage situation in Chicago, which is about 40 mins away from my home. It was at a Citigroup building that has something like 43 levels. Some dude in his 60s, killed 3 men and injured 1 woman, who was said to be in critical condition. The gunman was said to either have killed himself or a sniper got him at about 45 yards away.
Come to find out, Valerie, who I hung out with tonight, her uncle works in that very building and was 4 levels below that one. Talk about scary and a bit too close to home in this matter!
*sighs* Jupiter is in retrograde and it seriously needs to get its funky-ass out of it! It's been nothing but bad news as of recent.

My dad was on his way to work tonight in my mom's jeep and one of the tires blew. So, Nicole drove her car to my mom's school(i think) and then my mom had my dad's jeep and brought it to him as so to transport his musical gear. Also in other news involving transportation, people suck at driving....It never fails, Ill be driving to work and people cut in front of me like its their born given right.*sighs* Ive been extra cautious this holiday season cuz I dont want to be involved with ANY sorta accident.*knocks on wood*
I guess I should head to bed..Im sitting in it at the moment and really it would probably just be a matter of me nestling in, closing my eyes, and focusing and unfocusing on my breathing....I actually fall asleep quite quickly...:-/
