eating my weetabix with a sprinkle of sugar.....listening to the sound of my kits, complaining that they arent running amuck in the house.
When did my kits become such whiney cats?:-p
We do give them loads of attention, love, and affection.
I think they are a bit "spoiled" in that regard.:-/
Tomorrow, the cattery folks are coming to collect them. We were told that we dont need to feed them as they will be fed once they get there in the early afternoon. I am thinking that we should get some cat treats for them, packed it with them and ask if they can give treats when they go in to play with them each day. I am really kinda sad that we have to put them in a cattery, but really Jassen's dad is in no shape to watch our cats, nor do we want him to be responsible. We would rather put them up in a 5* cattery than anything else.
I hope they don't think we have abandoned them.:-S That's what I worry about the most....how they feel about this and if they somewhat understand. I mean, I do talk to them and say this is what is happening and sometimes I think that in some way somehow, they comprehend. We will probably put them up in the cattery again in December time, when Jassen and I visit my folks for Christmas.
Such icky weather we are having here. It's been mostly humid the past week and a bit and its really hard for me to sleep, let along function in this sort of environment. I think I am going to clean up the room a bit and think about heading outside to chill, since outside right now seems to be at an ideal temperature. I know when it gets up to 1 and 2pm, it might end up being a different story.
Until next time...

I've been wondering for awhile...what are wheetabix?
Oh, and your cats will be fine. We've had our dogs in the kennel several time before and they've always forgive us afterwards. ;)
Weetabix is delish!
It's wheat biscuits that you mash up with a spoon, add a little milk, and a sprinkle of sugar.
I guess one can compare it to that of the shredded wheat bars(not the minis but big ones), but IMO weetabix are a million times better!
