for a job currently.
I have signed up for a few places, like monster.co.uk, reed, as well as careerbuilder. I have already printed out numerous copies of my C.V as well as made a cover letter for an application to IKEA. I figure that currently, I really just need a job with a bit of money coming in. I really don't want to set my standards too low, but I might just to get my foot in the proverbial door. *sighs*
I feel like this whole process is such a headache. I hope something positive happens soon!
Wish me luck!

Good luck! I am all to familiar with the job hunting process. Keep your head up and optimism high.
Thanks for that! I need all the positive words I can get!:-p
Jen....A friend once said: "It's a pain in the #@$ when you're searching for a job and then once you get a job, it's a bigger pain to stay there or move up."
I'd say, forget the pain--it's there always. Go ahead and have a blast. It's not that difficult as it's made out to be or as it appears. Once you have a job, you'll know this yourself :-)
The pain makes you stronger....if you let it...
I love the idea of having a job and im not worrid about how once im in one, issues on staying or moving up. I KNOW if i want to get somewhere, i see it...and i will get it.
I mean, one big example is being with my bebe(Jassen), moving my life to another country and all of its idiosyncrasies.:-)
If you see it, be it, believe it, and have a positive outlook on things, you realize everything for a reason and things do come to you(with a little work).
